Draft a concise launch checklist for the private alpha.

Start with the release notes, homepage proofread, smoke test, and customer email draft.

Keep it focused on the website and docs.

Then the checklist is: verify docs routes, review examples, build the site, and prepare one short announcement.

Can you group it into steps I can complete this afternoon?

First, check the docs and examples. Next, run the production build. Finally, proofread the announcement and queue the email draft.

Add a final handoff step for the team.

Finish by posting the checklist and preview link in the team channel, then note any remaining review owners.

Add a short status note so reviewers know what is ready now.

Mark the docs and website preview ready for review, list the remaining example checks, and name the owner for each open item.

What should I include in the handoff message?

Share the preview link, the completed checklist, the open review owners, and the time you need feedback by.

Launch checklist

Private alpha handoff

The team can finish the website and documentation work this afternoon, then share the preview with the remaining reviewers.

Completion

The docs pass and homepage proofread are ready for review. The production build is queued, and the examples need one final visual pass.

Verify every docs route and example link.
Run the production build and check the preview.
Proofread the announcement and customer email draft.

Open items by owner

Sam owns the site preview, Mira is reviewing the examples, and Jules is collecting final docs feedback. Each owner should add a status update before the team handoff.

Next: verify routes, run the production build, and post the checklist with the preview link in the team channel.

Risk review

Primary risks are scoped to rendering jitter during extremely long notebook messages, and a potential stale-search edge case in chat folders when filters are active.

Risk owner: fix stale-search with a debounce in the next patch.
Mitigation: disable long-scroll anchors for the notebook panel on resize.
Rollback path: revert the notebook pane feature flag if regressions rise above threshold.

Timeline

Today: finish docs proofing, examples smoke checks, and handoff drafting. Tomorrow: final review window, optional polish pass, and deployment to staging.

Complete final docs route audit.
Validate message thread consistency at 1200 px width.
Post final status in team channel by 4:00 PM.

Notes

Keep this notebook in sync with the source control summary. If the agent proposes a UI behavior change, add a one-line rationale and a rollback note before continuing.
